The deposit is nonrefundable, it secures a kitten and removes it from availability to other families. It can be transferred one time to a future litter within 12 months, after which it's forfeited. Transfers stay with the original buyer unless approved otherwise in writing.

If a buyer cancels, the deposit is forfeited, though a transfer may still be used within the 12 month window. If a buyer goes unresponsive for more than 7 days after being contacted about kitten selection or next steps, we reserve the right to release the kitten to another family and retain the deposit. Passing on kittens repeatedly without commitment may also result in forfeiture at our discretion.

If we ever have to cancel a sale due to a kitten's health, temperament, or wellbeing, the buyer is offered a full refund or a transfer to a future litter.

By placing a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms above.
